14. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping fee is:

Certain:

may require different shipping arrangements or additional charges.

Applicable shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout or otherwise before the order is completed.

15. Processing and Delivery Estimates

Most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 1-3 business days after receipt and successful payment processing.

After shipment, standard delivery generally takes approximately:

These periods are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing and delivery may take longer because of circumstances including:

16. Multiple Shipments

Products purchased in a single order may be supplied from different warehouses, distributors, or fulfillment centers.

  • On different delivery dates

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different portions of your order.

17. Shipping Addresses

You are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be modified once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Carrier or supplier address-correction fees may apply when an address must be changed after shipment.

GetGoMart is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

18. P.O. Boxes

Only certain carriers can deliver to P.O. boxes.

Because GetGoMart works with multiple fulfillment providers and carriers, we cannot guarantee that an order can be delivered to a P.O. box.

We recommend using a valid residential or commercial street address whenever possible.

19. Lost, Delayed, and Delivered Packages

If a shipment is delayed, customers should first review carrier tracking information.

We recommend notifying GetGoMart of suspected lost or undelivered orders within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate promptly.

If a carrier shows that a package was delivered, customers should first check:

  • The delivery location
  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Building management
  • Reception areas
  • The applicable carrier

When a carrier provides evidence that an order was successfully delivered to the address supplied at checkout, GetGoMart cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement if the shipment is subsequently stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing, subject to applicable law and any applicable shipping-protection coverage.

20. Returns

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible items generally must be:

  • New
  • Unused
  • In resalable condition
  • In original retail packaging
  • Complete with applicable accessories, manuals, tags, labels, and documentation
  • In original sealed internal packaging where required

Certain products are non-returnable for reasons including hygiene, safety, perishability, customization, supplier restrictions, or applicable law.

Product-specific return restrictions may also apply.

21. Return Authorization

Customers must contact GetGoMart before returning merchandise.

Return requests may require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) or other return authorization.

Do not send merchandise to a GetGoMart contact address unless specifically instructed to do so.

Because products may be supplied from different fulfillment centers, Customer Service will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

22. Return Shipping

For standard returns, including change-of-mind returns or items ordered incorrectly by the customer, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping charges.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

If GetGoMart confirms that a product was:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipment
  • Incorrectly shipped

GetGoMart may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include prepaid return shipping, replacement, exchange, replacement parts, or refund.

23. Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, payment processor, or card issuer may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account or statement.

GetGoMart does not control the processing time of your financial institution.

24. Restocking Fees and Product-Specific Return Conditions

GetGoMart does not charge a restocking fee for eligible standard returns.

  • Customers generally pay return shipping for ordinary returns
